#Seborrheic Dermatitis

Seborrheic Dermatitis is a common, chronic inflammatory skin condition primarily affecting areas rich in sebaceous glands, such as the scalp, face (especially around the nose, eyebrows, and ears), and chest. It presents as red, itchy skin with greasy, yellowish scales and can lead to dandruff on the scalp. The condition is thought to be related to an overgrowth of the Malassezia yeast, which is normally present on the skin, combined with an inflammatory response.
