#Stroke
A stroke occurs when the blood supply to part of the brain is interrupted or severely reduced, depriving brain tissue of oxygen and nutrients. This can happen either due to a blocked artery (ischemic stroke) or the bursting of a blood vessel (hemorrhagic stroke). Brain cells begin to die within minutes, leading to sudden onset of neurological symptoms such as weakness or numbness on one side of the body, difficulty speaking, or vision changes. Stroke is a medical emergency, and early intervention is critical to minimize brain damage and improve recovery outcomes.
