How Clarinase Works

Clarinase combines loratadine, a non-drowsy antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors to reduce sneezing, itching, and watery eyes, with pseudoephedrine, which shrinks nasal blood vessels to relieve congestion and sinus pressure. This dual action makes it especially effective for patients suffering from both allergies and nasal blockage.
