Product description
Volini Gel 30 g is a topical anti-inflammatory and pain relief gel combining Diclofenac Diethylamine (1.16 % w/w), Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, and Linseed Oil. It’s used for symptomatic relief of pain and swelling from sprains, strains, aches, joint pains, muscle injuries, and mild arthritis.

- Gel, 30 g tube; also available in larger tubes.

Main Uses / Indications
- Treatment of soft tissue injuries: sprains, strains, bruises.
- Relief from joint pain, muscle aches, back, neck, shoulder stiffness and pain.
- Non-serious arthritis in superficial joints.
Usage Instructions
- Clean and dry the area to be treated.
- Apply a thin layer of the gel 3–4 times daily.
- Rub gently until absorbed.
- Wash hands after application (if hands are not the treatment area).

- Mild skin irritation: redness, itching, burning sensation.
- Allergic dermatitis, rash, blistering in sensitive individuals.

Mechanism of Action
Diclofenac inhibits the COX enzymes reducing prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing inflammation and pain. Menthol and methyl salicylate act as counterirritants: they create initial cooling followed by warming sensations, which distract from deeper pain signals and promote local blood flow. Linseed oil adds soothing and mild anti-inflammatory benefit.
