Delivery Timelines

Dar es Salaam: Same-day delivery for orders before 2 PM.
Upcountry: 24-48 hours depending on region.
Express: Within 2 hours for emergency prescriptions (Dar only).

Return Policy

Due to health and safety regulations (TFDA/TMDA), prescription medications cannot be returned once they have left our pharmacy. However, general wellness products may be returned within 48 hours if the seal is intact.
